Making a return is easy. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase we happily accept returns/exchanges within 21 days of receiving your item for a *full refund of the purchase price only.
*Please note return orders paid for with AFTERPAY will have the AFTERPAY fee deducted as well as the postage cost. We are sorry to implement this however being a small business bank/merchants fees & charges are becoming a considerable cost.
Please note we do NOT offer exchanges or refunds on sale items.
All items must be returned in original condition (unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with the tags attached). Items that don’t meet these criteria are non-returnable.
If the returned item/s does not meet these conditions, your item/s will be returned to you at an additional charge.
For footwear, the items must be returned in their original condition and with no sole markings or scratches. We recommend that you try on your footwear while on a soft, clean surface.
For all return/exchange requests, contact us immediately and return within 21 days of receiving your order providing a brief explanation of your return/exchange including your order number.
Please note Mary & Me will NOT accept returns or exchanges on sunglasses, readers, hats/caps, jewellery, perfumes, lotions, soaps, wash, and hand sanitizers/cleaners.

Post your item using the information included on the invoice. Once received the returned item will undergo a quality review and once approved you will receive a refund on the cost of the purchase directly to the credit card used for the original purchase. For exchanges you will need to pay any difference in cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties, if applicable.
We will notify you via email about the status of your return.
PREORDERS if you change your mind whilst waiting for a PREORDER you will be refunded minus the merchant fees of your originally order amount.
